If I live in Albury/Wodonga do I need to pay for shipping?
 

No. Albury/Wodonga Locals get FREE DELIVERY, with expected delivery in 1-2 days.

Express shipping - $13.90

Albury Wodonga - 1-2 days
Australia wide Standard - 3-7 business days
Australia wide express - 1-2 business days

Tan Aesthetics is not responsible for any delays caused by the freight carrier, especially during high-volume seasons. Please note that all delivery times are estimated. Tan Aesthetics cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Return & exchange policy

Do you accept refunds?

Yes.

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. 

To organise a return, please contact us via email at info@tanaesthetics.com within 30 days of receiving your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to process your return if you contact us outside of this period.

Under what circumstances can a refund be processed?
 

Change of mind:
If you've had a change of mind about a product you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back unopened and unused, in the original packaging in a re-sellable condition.

Faulty Items:
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect or damaged Item recieved:
If you have received a product that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the product as you will need to return it to us.

Before returning an item you will need to contact us prior. We recommend that you send via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Tan Aesthetics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

How do I organize a refund/return?

To organise a return or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to process your return if you contact us outside of this period. 

Email info@tanaesthetics.com with the following:

1. Proof of purchase of the product (receipt) 
2. Detailed Reason for refund/return
3. Photo of the product if it is faulty or damaged
4. If you want your money refunded to you or if you'd like a replacement product.

We will then ask you to mail the product back. We recommend that you send via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Tan Aesthetics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved. We will then process your refund via the original method of payment.

 

If I purchased Tan Aesthetics from a stockist, can I process a refund via your website?

Tan Aesthetics does not accept returns or refunds for purchases made from one of our Retail partners. Please contact the retailer you purchased the product from to organise a return.
